Since I don’t like taking things for granted, I am going to assume there are some of you out there who have never seen a single episode of the TV series titled Two and a Half Men. It’s one of my favorite shows. I mention it here because the very fine actress who portrays the mother of one of the lead characters, Holland Taylor, is one hot tamale. It is not unusual to hear her say to her two sons every once in a while, “Mommy’s going to get laid tonight.”

Here are the obvious things we notice about Mommy: She is in excellent physical shape, likes to wear tailored suits which make that fact obvious, and the instant she sees an attractive man, regardless of his age, she’s all over him. I can’t think of any other female TV character with a lustier sexual appetite. In fact, there are precious few females of any age more ready for play than Miss Taylor.          

What can you women reading this learn from this delicious female character? Just a few things, actually—but VERY IMPORTANT THINGS! Do what it takes to keep yourself in good physical shape. Guess you’ve heard that before, but it happens to be near the top of the list of things you as a sixty-plus female should do if you’d like to keep yourself sexually attractive and active. It surely works for Miss Holland. None of the men she goes after ever say “no.” Yes, yes. I know it’s in the script that they do that, but when you see her, it’s really not that big a stretch. 

Another thing we learn is that the sexual drive keeps humming right along regardless of our age. I will take it for granted that you know that. But what this TV Mommy teaches us is, if you’ve still got it, flaunt it! That works whether you’re married or not.           

Recent studies show…me getting scholarly. Recent studies show that men and women past the age of sixty are having some of the best sex of their lives! AND WHY NOT? They’ve had a lot of practice. They’ve learned how to please their mate sexually. And since they live alone, they can get as loud and vocal as they like. NOTE* Ladies? If your man is giving you a good time, make sure you make sounds that let him know that. They will only inspire him to do even better. This can be the real you, not one on TV.
